please help with guild cape - Guild Wars Forums

hey guys, i was just wondering, when i go to make a guild cape, i pick mi design and everything then click 'accept'. as soon as i do this it comes up "an undefined guild error was encountered" iv made my guild and everything and i don't know wat to do. please help.

Take a screenshot of the bug, as wella s other relevant details and submit a bug report via GW's support.

- time
- date
- your timezone
- Guild Name
- Which cape base designs you tried using
- Which city you were in
- What district you were in
- character name

thanks, i tried using many different cape bases but none of them worked... do u have to activate your guild somehow? im not sure but il try makin a screen shot of it.

Yeah, you kinda need to be leader of a guild to make a cape, and by leader I don't mean simply calling yourself the leader of guild X, the game has to know that guild X exists.
